Our limited-edition single-vineyard wines are an expression of time and place, of vintage and vineyard. Each of these special wines is crafted with precision, to express the soil, microclimate and fruit of a particular site. This special tasting will allow you to compare and contrast wines from different vineyards.
During your experience, we will walk you through the elements that influence the fruit from each site. You’ll be able to taste the difference between wines that come from our Kentish clay soils compared with our Sussex chalk and flint.
Following the vineyard tour and guided wine tasting, you’ll enjoy a seasonal three-course lunch prepared by our Head Chef using locally sourced ingredients and paired perfectly with our limited-edition, single-vineyard wines.
AT A GLANCE
You’ll be welcomed with a drink on arrival before enjoying a tour of the vineyard. Your host will then guide you through a tasting of wines from our Kent and Sussex sites before we sit down for lunch.
The wines You’ll taste a selection of single-vineyard still and sparkling wines that come from our Kent and our Sussex sites.
The lunch Our Head Chef will prepare a seasonal three-course menu to accompany the wines.
Timing Please arrive for 11am. We expect the experience to finish around 3pm and recommend that taxi arrangements are made in advance.
